What happens in a Pellowah session?

In a Pellowah session you will lie down a comfortable couch and if you

choose you can have an eye mask and ear plugs. This is to help you embrace your experience of Pellowah and not be distracted by outside interference. The practitioner will then begin working with the Pellowah energy.

What will I feel in a Pellowah session?

What you feel is totally individual and is always right for you. It may include physical sensations, images, thoughts or feelings.

It is also possible that you will feel nothing at all.  In all cases the Pellowah is giving you exactly what you need for your journey. There is no session that is better nor worse than another. Each session is perfect for you.

At the end of the session the practitioner will guide you to begin reflecting on the session.

How many sessions will I need?

The Pellowah journey is unique to you. Pellowah brings changes in your perspective, which in turn changes your physical world. This journey is yours and yours alone.

How can I help the Pellowah to be more effective?

We all have expectations when we go for a healing session. With Pellowah it is helpful if you leave all your expectations behind and simply allow the Pellowah to show you the journey that is right for you now. Opening to the unknown is not something the ego enjoys but by putting the ego aside your journey will unfold exactly as it is meant to. The shifts that occur can be highly unexpected and the ego often tries to block your journey through the language of fear or disappointment. But Pellowah knows what is best for you even if the shift you experience is not what you expected.

Can Pellowah be carried out distantly?

Pellowah sessions can be given in person and distantly. They are equally as powerful and effective as the energy is given in real time which means there is no delay in the energy being sent and received.

How is Pellowah different from Reiki?

Reiki is a much more earthly energy and works much more physically. The practitioner channels the Reiki through their crown and into their hands. In Pellowah the practitioner does not channel the energy and merely interacts with it. In Reiki the healing response is linear – in other words you must go through your traumas in the order they happened, in order to clear them. This can be a challenging and upsetting process. In Pellowah the healing begins where it needs to begin for your highest good. As there is no linear progression and no breakdown of traumas, the healing journey is not a traumatic one. Reiki can also be directed by the practitioner by using intention. In Pellowah no intention is required as the Pellowah is free to work exactly where it needs to. This makes Pellowah a very different healing journey from Reiki.
